Srinagar, Aug. 22 -- The Samoon family has announced the demise of Begum Tajun Nisa, the esteemed wife of the late Molvi Muhammad Anwar Samoon and the mother of Asghar Samoon (former Divisional Commissioner Kashmir), Baqar Hassan Samoon (IPS), and Safdar Hamid Hassan Samoon (SSP).

Begum Tajun Nisa passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday evening at 8:20 PM. She was widely respected for her grace, piety, and dignified presence.
