Jammu, June 7 -- Share Tweet Share KNS Desk Bandipora, June 07 (KNS): Residents of north Kashmir's Gurez Valley alleged large-scale use of substandard material in the construction of retaining walls and culverts along the Bandipora-Gurez-Tulail road after several structures suffered damaged months after construction by Border Roads Organization (BRO) of 56 RCC.
