Jammu, July 13 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 13 (KNS): Hurriyat Conference chairman Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Monday paid tributes to those killed in the July 13, 1931 firing and alleged that he had been placed under house arrest while restrictions were imposed around Srinagar's Jama Masjid and the Martyrs' Graveyard at Naqshband Sahib.
