Jammu, Feb. 16 -- The first edition of the Jammu and Kashmir Police Fingerprint Bureau's magazine, encompassing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for investigating officers, was released here on Monday by Sujit Kumar, Inspector General of Police (Crime Branch).
