Srinagar, Sept. 17 -- Leader of Opposition in the J&K Legislative Assembly, Sunil Sharma, Wednesday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan Srinagar and held an extensive discussion on several critical issues affecting the people of Jammu and Kashmir in the wake of recent natural calamities.
During the meeting, Sharma highlighted the issue of road connectivity across the Union Territory, particularly in areas cut off due to landslides and floods. He stressed that many villages and towns remain disconnected, which is severely hampering public movement, delivery of essentials, and access to healthcare.
