JAMMU, April 1 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday called for a 'Zero Tolerance' policy against the drug menace in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, asserting that dismantling trafficking networks and launching intensive awareness campaigns must be the top priority.
