Jammu, Sept. 19 -- Share Tweet Share Leh, September 19 (KNS): Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Vinai Kumar Saxena has empowered Naib-Tehsildars holding independent charge of a Tehsil to issue Reserved Category Certificates and Income Certificates within their respective jurisdictions. The move is aimed at decentralising the certification process and making essential government services more accessible to residents, particularly those living in remote and far-flung areas of Ladakh.
