The delegation is led by Shahid Mohammad Lone, Field Publicity Officer (FPO), Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), serving as the Conducting Officer, with Shri Ifham Ul Islam, Information Assistant, PIB Srinagar, accompanying the delegation.
