Jammu, Nov. 6 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Nov 6 (KNS) : The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Friday transferred JKAS officer Ghulam Nabi Bhat and posted him as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the minister in charge of the School Education, Higher Education and Jal Shakti departments. According to an order accessed news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) Bhat, who was serving as Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Recovery), Kashmir, has been assigned the new posting with immediate effect. Bhat will serve as OSD to the minister overseeing the three departments, the order stated.
