Jammu, Aug. 9 -- Share Tweet Share New Delhi, Aug 9 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Power Development Department (JKPDD) has promoted Abdul Rashid Bhat, a senior field engineer from Shopian, to the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), with immediate effect. An order issued by the competent authority said Bhat, presently posted at Oxy S/Dirion Neva ED Pulwama, was elevated after a review of his service record spanning over several years across multiple divisions. The department described the promotion as "well-deserved" and based on his consistent performance in critical power infrastructure duties.
