Srinagar, May 3 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Department of Higher Education has announced the schedule for admissions to Four-Year Undergraduate Programs (FYUGP) and five-year Integrated PG programs with multiple exit options for the academic session 2026-27 across all degree colleges in the Union Territory, an official said.

An official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) that admissions will be offered in more than 60 major subjects across 142 government degree colleges based on 10+2 merit. Subject offerings will vary from college to college and will be displayed on the admission portal during preference filling, the official added.
