Jammu, Sept. 21 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sept 21 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir government has sacked a government school teacher facing a POCSO and BNS case, invoking Article 311(2)(b) of the Constitution and permanently disqualifying him from future government employment. Khalid Hussain, Teacher Grade-II at Government Middle School Bumalpora, Gurinalla in Kishtwar district, was dismissed with immediate effect under Government Order No. 388-JK (Edu) of 2026 issued by the School Education Department on Monday.
