Jammu, April 16 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday unveiled a draft notification proposing a major restructuring of the Revenue (Subordinate) Service Recruitment Rules, 2009, officials said.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) the move follows the bifurcation of the erstwhile state into the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, necessitating a redistribution of sanctioned strength under the existing SRO-74 of 2009.
