J&K Government Posts 30 Awaiting Doctors to Fill Critical Health Vacancies
Jammu, July 7 -- Share Tweet Share Jammu, Jul 7 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Health and Medical Education Department on Tuesday ordered the posting of 30 doctors who were awaiting adjustment at the Directorates of Health Services in Jammu and Kashmir, in a major initiative to bridge critical manpower gaps and strengthen patient care across the Union Territory. The order, issued by Commissioner/Secretary M. Raju, IAS, under Government Order No. 534-JK(HME) of 2026 accessed news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) deploys specialist doctors, medical officers, and dental surgeons to various district hospitals, sub-district hospitals, community health centres, and primary health centres against available vacancies.
