Jammu, Sept. 22 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 22 (KNS) : The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Tuesday witnessed a sharp confrontation between an MLA and the Speaker over the right to raise a supplementary question, prompting the Chair to warn of action and declare that it would not "allow this type of nonsense" in future. The incident occurred on the second day of the autumn session during a debate on amnesty granted on electricity bills. As MLA Mehraj Malik rose to put a supplementary question, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather stopped him and directed him to return to his seat.
