Jammu, July 21 -- Srinagar District Congress Committee today refuted the claim of one Irfan Shah R/O Waniyaar Safakadal Srinagar, who has claimed to be the office bearer of Congress through a Facebook post, asserting that his claim to be associated with Congress is baseless, false circulated to create an impression that he (Shah) is holding position in Congress, which is based on lies and deceit.
