Jammu, Oct. 31 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 31 (KNS): IPS officer Divya D, who earlier served as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sopore and held several key assignments in Jammu and Kashmir, has been conferred the prestigious Kendriya Grihmantri Dakshata Padak for excellence in investigation. Divya D has been recognised for her outstanding investigation into a sensitive case involving offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and child labour during her probationary posting in Puducherry. According to details, her investigation led to the conviction of 11 accused persons, who were subsequently sentenced to life imprisonment by the court.
