Srinagar, March 4 -- Member of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi, on Tuesday called for the immediate release of detained youths and withdrawal of FIRs registered against mourners.

The MLA was speaking during a meeting convened by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to review the overall situation in the Union Territory following the reported martyrdom of Imam Khamenei.
