Jammu, Aug. 5 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Aug 5 (KNS): The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh on Wednesday issued notice in a petition filed by the Vice Chancellor of the Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), Awantipora, while directing a stay on contempt proceedings before the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). A division bench comprising Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Mohd Yousuf Wani passed the order on a writ petition filed by Prof. Shakeel Ahmad Romshoo.
