Srinagar, Aug. 18 -- In view of recent cloudburst incidents, the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) has issued fresh guidelines to ensure the safety of students and staff during extreme weather conditions.

In an official advisory, all Chief Education Officers and school heads have been directed to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deal with heavy rainfall, flash floods, and cloudbursts.
