Jammu, Oct. 22 -- Share Tweet Share Jammu, Oct 22 (KNS): A consignment of 108 Mahindra Scorpio SUVs arrived at the Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal in Samba on Thursday, marking the first transportation of Mahindra vehicles to Jammu and Kashmir by rail, railway officials said. The vehicles were transported from Chinchwad in Maharashtra to the ACTL Samba Pvt Ltd cargo terminal, covering a distance of approximately 1,992 kilometres. According to railway officials, the consignment was carried in 27 specially designed BCACBM automobile carrier wagons, allowing 108 vehicles to be transported in a single rake.
