Jammu, July 14 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 14 (KNS): The Food & Drugs Administration (FDA), Jammu and Kashmir, has issued prohibition orders against two paneer manufacturing units in Talangam area of Pulwama district for gross violation of sanitary and hygiene norms. An official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), Acting on a specific complaint, a team of food safety officers inspected the units and found them using non-food-grade plastic material, lacking adequate pest control measures, and operating without proper temperature-controlled storage facilities for perishable milk products - all in violation of Schedule IV of the Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulations, 2011.
