New Delhi, July 6 -- National Conference President and Former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah has voiced strong support for the people of Palestine and Iran, calling on Muslims around the world to unite in the pursuit of peace and justice.

Talking to media Farooq Abdullah said, "We extend our solidarity with the people of Palestine and Iran in the struggles they are facing. Muslims should unite for peace, as Islam is a religion that teaches peace and calls for resistance against evil."
