Jammu, Oct. 25 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 25 (KNS) The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch Jammu and Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against a man for allegedly duping investors of approximately Rs 2 crore by promising them 10 per cent monthly returns on investments, officials said on Sunday. The chargesheet was filed in FIR No. 07/2025 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) before the Court of Forest Magistrate, Srinagar, against Junaid Ul Islam, son of Nazir Ahmad Baba, a resident of Alamdar Colony, Charar-i-Sharief in Budgam district, they said.
