Jammu, July 2 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, July 2 (KNS): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch Jammu and Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against four individuals for allegedly securing government appointments in the Health Department by using fake and forged educational testimonials, officials said on Thursday. In a statement issued here, a Crime Branch spokesperson said the chargesheet in FIR No. 16/2014 was produced before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar, under Sections 420, 468, and 471 of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC).
