Jammu, July 30 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 30 (KNS): The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch in Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against four persons for allegedly duping a man of ?15 lakh by falsely claiming to represent a cooking oil manufacturing company, officials said on Thursday. The chargesheet in FIR No. 77/2022, registered under Sections 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC, was filed before the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Srinagar. The accused have been identified as Mohammad Amin Bhat of Khanyar, Srinagar; Khalid Hussain Khan of Hawal, Srinagar; Anil Kumar Maheshwari of Jaipur, Rajasthan; and Shashank Kumar of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
