Jammu April 16, April 16 -- (KNS) The enhancement of monthly cash assistance of Displaced Kashmiri Migrants solely dependent on Relief has become now the need of the hour because on such meager monthly cash assistance of rupees thirteen thousand, it has become very difficult for them to cater to the needs of their lives in view of high rise in daily essential commodities.
