Srinagar, Aug. 11 -- The District Budgam Carrom Championship 2025-26 got off to an energetic start today at Delhi Public School, Sheikh Pora, with enthusiastic participation from players across different categories. The event is organized by the District Budgam Carrom Association, under the aegis of the Jammu & Kashmir Carrom Association, and as part of the "My Youth My Pride" initiative of the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council.

The championship was formally inaugurated byMudasir Khan, General Secretary, J&K Carrom Association, who declared the tournament open.
