Jammu, Aug. 13 -- Share Tweet Share SHOPIAN, AUG 13 (KNS) : Director General, Rural Sanitation, J&K, Anoo Malhotra (JKAS) on Thursday visited Shopian and chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress of Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen) and related rural sanitation and solid waste management initiatives in the district. The meeting was attended by the ACP Shopian Muzaffar Ahmad Sheikh and Block Development Officers (BDOs) of all the blocks of the district, who briefed the Director General on the status of ongoing sanitation interventions, solid and liquid waste management activities, and implementation of SBM(G) components at the block level.
