Deputy CM pushes revival of customary stone quarry mining
Jammu, June 18 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, June 18 (KNS): Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary on Thursday called for expeditious decisions on sand and stone quarry operations in Jammu and Kashmir, including granting permissions for lifting deposited material, to facilitate the revival of customary stone quarry mining activities. Choudhary said the government was examining issues related to quarry operations and stressed the need for a timely resolution of matters concerning extraction and transportation of mining material.
