Jammu, July 6 -- Share Tweet Share Raja Akbar Kupwara, July 6 (KNS) : Hundreds of workers engaged under the MGNREGA and Viksit Bharat schemes in Rural Development Block Mawer, Qalamabad, have expressed concern over delays in wage payments, alleging that the absence of an Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) has led to the deletion of attendance records and placed wages worth lakhs of rupees at risk. The workers said the previous AEE was transferred nearly a week ago, but no replacement has been posted so far.
