Kupwara, Dec. 6 -- In a compassionate move, Deputy Commissioner Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, today provided immediate financial assistance totaling ?2.5 lakh to the Next of Kin (NoK) of three individuals who tragically lost their lives in recent road accidents. This aid was disbursed under the provisions of the J&K Road Accident Victim Fund.

The Deputy Commissioner presented cheques of ?1 lakh each to the families of two deceased individuals and ?50 thousand to the family of a third victim.
