Budgam, July 19 -- District Development Commissioner (DDC) Budgam, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat (IAS), on Saturday conducted an extensive tour of Charar-i-Sharief to review ongoing development works, interact with locals, and address public concerns through a Public Darbar at the Town Hall.

The visit began at the revered Charar-i-Sharief Shrine, where the DC inspected heritage conservation and infrastructure projects, including canopy pathways, shrine facade upgradation, lavatory blocks, beautification of Bada Talab, and plans for a new Clock Tower. He said the initiatives aim to preserve the spiritual essence of the town while improving amenities for pilgrims and visitors.
