Srinagar, May 1 -- The Special Crime Wing of the Crime Branch, Jammu and Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet in a multi-lakh job fraud case before a court here, officials said on Friday. The chargesheet was presented before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar in connection with FIR No. 09/2019 registered under various sections related to cheating, impersonation, forgery and criminal conspiracy. Three accused - Fayaz Ahmad Khan of Maloora Shalteng in Srinagar, Showkat Ahmad Shah of Shanzipora Handwara, and Owais Ahmad Rather of Shalteng Khwaja Bagh - have been named in the case, officials said.
