Jammu, Sept. 19 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Sep 19 (KNS) The Congress in Jammu and Kashmir will raise issues concerning the common people in the upcoming Assembly session and will not remain silent merely because it is part of the government, the party's J&K unit chief, Tariq Hamid Karra, said on Saturday. Speaking to news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) JK Congress chief said, "We are in the government, but that does not mean we will tolerate the concerns of common people being ignored, be it basic facilities related to roads, water, gas, and other basic issues.
