Jammu, Dec. 28 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee observed the 140th Foundation Day of the Indian National Congress at the party office in Srinagar. PCC President Shri Tariq Hameed Karra addressed block presidents and party workers on the occasion.

Karra spoke about the party's role in nation-building, public service, people's empowerment, unity and harmony. He said these remain part of the party's approach towards the country and Jammu and Kashmir.
