Srinagar, Oct. 25 -- Counter Intelligence Kashmir (CIK) has filed a charge sheet against a key operative linked to Pakistan-backed online terror recruitment networks. The charge sheet, submitted before the Special NIA Court in Srinagar, names Aadil Ahmad Khan, son of Ghulam Mohammad Khan, resident of Drien Qazigund, Anantnag.

According to a statement issued to KNS, reads that the case, registered under FIR No. 07/2023, invokes sections of the IPC and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for offenses related to spreading hatred, promoting terror activities, and assisting proscribed groups.
