Jammu, Feb. 11 -- In a move aimed at improving connectivity and promoting tourism in the region, the Jammu division of Northern Railway has extended the special train operating on the Budgam-Banihal route to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra, officials said Wednesday.
