Srinagar, Nov. 8 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Saturday said that the Baramulla Lok Sabha constituency currently has no representation in Parliament, which is why Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan was selected from North Kashmir for the Rajya Sabha to ensure the region's voice is heard in the national legislature.

Omar made the remarks while responding to questions about jailed Baramulla MP Engineer Rashid's son, who had alleged that the National Conference rigged the 1987 elections.
