Jammu, Aug. 9 -- Share Tweet Share Baramulla, Aug 9 (KNS): Police in Baramulla have attached property worth over ?69 lakh and obtained an arrest warrant against an accused in a 2008 militancy-related case, officials said on Sunday. The attachment order was issued by the special NIA court in Sopore in connection with a case registered at Chandoosa police station under various sections, including the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and the Enemy Agents Ordinance, a police spokesperson said. The attached property - land measuring 12 kanal, one marla and 73 square feet - belongs to accused Parvaiz Ahmad Famda, a resident of Kawhar Bala in Chandoosa.
