Srinagar, July 20 -- The annual Amarnath Yatra has crossed a major milestone with more than 3 lakh pilgrims having paid obeisance at the Holy Cave Shrine in south Kashmir Himalayas since the pilgrimage began on July 03.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday expressed gratitude for the spiritual success of the yatra and shared his sentiments through a social media post.
"By the grace of Baba Amarnath Ji, the holy pilgrimage has surpassed the 3 lakh mark today. This sacred journey is a deeply enriching experience. May Baba's blessings bring peace, strength and fulfilment to all. Har Har Mahadev!" office of LG said in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
