Srinagar, Aug. 13 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, on Wednesday extended an open invitation to the public for the upcoming Independence Day celebrations, calling it a "festival for all" and assuring that, as in previous years, every citizen is welcome.

Speaking to the media, as per KNS correspondent Bidhuri said, "This is the festival for everyone. All are invited, just like last year. Your ID card will serve as your entry pass."
