Srinagar, Dec. 26 -- Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) Chief Spokesperson Inam Un Nabi on Friday strongly condemned what he called grave injustice to Open Merit (OM) aspirants in Jammu and Kashmir saying the government's silence and delay are destroying the careers of thousands of deserving youth.
In a statement issued ,Inam Un Nabi said allocating only 40 per cent posts to Open Merit candidates in major recruitments including 1,815 police constable posts and 480 Medical Officer posts has exposed the deep imbalance in the reservation policy. "After vertical and horizontal reservations, Open Merit candidates are left with crumbs. This is not social justice; it is systematic exclusion," he said.
