Jammu, Dec. 30 -- Mir Arifa Jan, State President of the Nationalist Congress Party-Sharadchandra Pawar (NMC) J&K wing and a National Executive Member of the party's Mahila Wing, State Head BRICS Human Rights Mission has submitted a comprehensive proposal vide her letter No. even dated 30-11-2025 to the Government of Jammu & Kashmir advocating for the establishment of a dedicated Rehabilitation University.
