Jammu, July 12 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 12 (KNS): The Jammu and Kashmir administration has denied permission to all individuals, political parties and groups planning to march to Khawaja Bazaar in the old city's Nowhatta area on July 13, citing law and order concerns, sources said on Sunday. The decision bars all proposed marches to the site associated with the July 13, 1931, killings, the sources said. They said the ruling Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) will instead hold a tribute event at its Nawa-e-Subha headquarters near the Old Zero Bridge in Srinagar.
