Jammu, Oct. 24 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Oct 24 (KNS): Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo on Saturday said an additional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) block has been made operational at Lal Ded Hospital, while another such facility is expected to become functional at Jhelum Valley College Hospital in Rainawari next month. Labroo said the additional block was established through district-level funding in coordination with Government Medical College (GMC) Srinagar to address the growing demand for specialised neonatal care.
