Srinagar, April 27 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has filed a charge sheet against a former computer operator of the Public Works Department (PWD) in a bribery case involving Rs 4,000, officials said on Monday.
The charge sheet was presented before the Additional Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Court, Srinagar. The next hearing in the matter has been scheduled for June 10.
According to a spokesperson of the ACB, the case pertains to an FIR registered on March 2, 2022, against the then computer operator, Rafiq Ahmad Sheikh, a resident of Bamloora Ganderbal.
