Jammu, Aug. 28 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Aug 28 (KNS); Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Friday said that "the abrogation of Article 370 inflicted a deep wound on the emotions and sentiments of the people of Jammu and Kashmir." He said that "the Congress and the BJP are equally responsible, as the Congress had already hollowed out Article 370 over the years, while the BJP ultimately revoked it completely." Mr Bukhari made these remarks today while addressing a public convention in Tral today.
