JAMMU, April 5 -- The Jammu and Kashmir government has sanctioned the creation of 64 additional posts for the Bone and Joint (B&J) Hospital in Srinagar, a move that will make the newly constructed 120-bedded additional block of the hospital fully operational, Health Minister Sakeena Itoo said on Saturday.
