Srinagar, May 31 -- Peoples Conference State Secretary Organisation Sheikh Imran on Sundayday launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah over the delay in establishing the proposed National Law University (NLU) in Budgam, alleging that the government has failed to honour promises made to the people during the Assembly elections.

In a Statement issued ,Addressing the issue, Imran directly questioned the Chief Minister, saying, "Omar Abdullah, why aren't you releasing the funds to build the National Law University in Budgam? The promise was made before the elections, but even today there is no sign of implementation."
